When a supplier sends you a PDF invoice by email, Robin no longer limits itself to processing just the invoice. From now on, additional documents (e.g, Word, Excel and PDF) are included in the same email—Documents such as delivery notes, handover protocols, or other related documents—will be displayed directly in the eFlow interface.
No need to open your email—everything you need is conveniently visible right next to the invoice.
Why Does This Matter?
This new functionality helps your team work even faster and more efficiently:
- Save Time – No more switching between emails and eFlow. All necessary files are available immediately with the invoice.
- Ensure Complete Documentation – Handover protocols, delivery notes, and other relevant attachments are always accessible and stored in one place.
- Accelerate the Process – Reviewing and approving invoices becomes significantly more efficient.
Want to see how it works?
Attachments are visible at the bottom of the left-hand panel in the “Related Documents” section. When an invoice PDF arrives via email, Robin will digitize it as usual.

To ensure that an attached document is retained in eFlow after archiving, you need to click “Add”.

If the document is not needed and you wish to remove it, click the trash bin icon.
If you don’t make a selection (i.e., neither click “Add” nor delete the attachment), the file will be automatically discarded when the invoice is finally approved.
