1. Delete Specific Coding Rows with Just a Click
We’ve added a highly requested feature to give you more control when handling coding rows. Previously, you could only delete all coding rows at once or remove them one by one, which wasn’t ideal for complex invoices.
Now, you can simply tick the specific rows you want to delete and remove them all in one go. It’s a small change with a big impact, helping you clean up or correct entries quickly without starting from scratch.
How it works:
- Click “Delete rows”
- Click “Select rows for deletion”
- Tick the rows to delete
- Delete selected
This feature is especially useful for invoices with multiple cost centers or line items, saving you both time and clicks.
2. Superusers and Starters can Cancel and Replace Approval Workflows With Ease
Mistakes happen — maybe the wrong approval flow was applied to an invoice, or the original setup doesn’t reflect recent changes in your organization. The good news is that Superusers and users who send a particular invoice to workflow can now cancel and replace an invoice’s approval flow with just a few clicks.
This new action is available directly in the invoice detail view, making it quick and easy for superusers to step in and course-correct when needed.
